Liquid BPO
Liquid BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) can be used by itself or integrated with your front office solution and accounting systems. Regardless of the way in which you use the system and the number of modules that you choose to include, the basic system provides:

Candidates can use any of the above methods to submit timesheets to you with Liquid BPO. The benefit to you is that all of the timesheets end up in the same place, however they got there.
 
Invoicing
Liquid BPO does not attempt to completely change the way that you do business and so by putting you in control of the workflow rules, Liquid BPO emulates the way in which you have previously been operating.
You have complete control of the pay and bill elements of your system, so you decide if invoices are to be dispatched automatically or held back for a quick check, you decide how they are sent, you decide the frequency that they are sent. If you work differently with one particular client, for instance you prepare a monthly consolidated invoice for them on a given date, you simply set the workflow rule to operate in the same manner that your manual process previously worked.
Liquid BPO is fully compatible with a number of Accounting Packages, which include Sage, Exchequer and Access. The system will therefore update your accounts package with new invoices that have been raised, thus allowing you to access funding through your invoice finance company immediately. If you opt for self-billing, it will also update your accounts package with payroll information.
 
Payroll
Liquid Friday has been undertaking the payroll for contractors and temporary staff for four years, by way of the three core products: Liquid PAYE; Liquid Solo; and Liquid CIS.
The delivery of this service is second to none and the very name of the Company reiterates our dedication to getting contractors paid by the end of the week after the week worked, that being a Friday.
If you are using the Liquid BPO system, there is no requirement for you to send us the details of your contractors' hours, as you simply set them up in the system as using Liquid Friday as their Ltd Company and set the self bill marker and the system will do the rest for you. The contractors are paid, the invoice to the agency is raised automatically, the invoice to your client was generated when the timesheet was authorised and management can obtain reports on all of the data.
So... there you have it, an end to end back office system that operates in complete harmony with your existing systems, providing you with efficiencies that will enhance your bottom line significantly. So the bigger you get, the greater the impact on the performance of your business.
