Agencies – get your PSL all wrapped up!

In the run up to Christmas, deliveries are high on everyone’s mind, from secret online gift-buying to concern about how Santa is going to manage when there’s no chimney (genuine question from my nephew age 3).

But let’s talk about a different sort of delivery. If you are a recruitment agency, no doubt you have a trusted list of umbrella and payroll suppliers, probably providing a raft of different services for your contractors and your business. But is each of those suppliers pulling their weight on your PSL?

Full spectrum of services

As we move towards 2020, the Liquid Friday Group is very much focused on delivering a full spectrum of services for agencies, enabling them to achieve more in challenging and uncertain times.

Umbrella and CIS

Liquid Friday is one of just a few providers to be FCSA-accredited for both Umbrella and CIS services, so all types of assignment are supported.

We have built our name on our supportive, flexible service and we’ll always go the extra mile for our contractors and agency partners, be that with bespoke payroll runs, pay advances or out of hours contact times.

IR35 support and solutions

When the IR35 off payroll rules were implemented in the public sector in April 2017, the Liquid Friday Group was the first in the industry to facilitate compliant deemed payment processing, though Freedom Friday, a stand-alone company.

It is highly likely that these rules will be extended to the private sector from April 2020 and for assignments caught by IR35, Freedom Friday offers a way for contractors to be paid compliantly through their limited company.

Invoice Finance

Liquid Link brings something new to the table – simple, specialist invoice financing for the recruitment sector.

Agencies are able to fund their contractor portfolio without compromising on cash flow, with competitive rates and bad debt protection on collections.

Meanwhile, Liquid Friday (and Freedom Friday) are there to engage and pay your contractors, keeping things simple, without the need to deal with multiple suppliers for the services you need.

Question…

Remember that every supplier on your PSL needs to earn its keep and deliver enough to stay there. Question is, could it be time to streamline?
