The result is our brand-new Liquid Friday Worker Portal, launching soon.

Replacing the existing app, the new Worker Portal harnesses the power of modern web technology to provide a more seamless, user-friendly experience through a secure web link. It has been designed around the things contractors actually need to do, making everyday tasks quicker and easier.

Easy access to payslips

Finding important payroll information shouldn’t be complicated. The new Worker Portal brings current and historic payslips together in one convenient place, making it simple for contractors to access the information they need, whenever they need it.

A clearer payment journey

Understanding where things are in the payroll process is important. The new payment timeline provides greater visibility from timesheet submission through to payday, helping contractors stay informed and know what to expect at each stage.

Introducing the Umbrella Assistant

The new portal also introduces a smarter way for contractors to get answers. The Umbrella Assistant provides fast, tailored responses based on each contractor’s individual circumstances, helping them find relevant information quickly and easily.
