Digital RTW work checks – live in Stride

At Liquid Friday, we’re here to support recruitment agencies with a strong, compliant workforce, without adding complexity. As compliance requirements continue to evolve, we’ve been enhancing our processes to give our agency partners greater confidence, clearer visibility, and less admin.

Right to Work checks with TrustID

Towards the end of last year, we moved to TrustID for contractor Right to Work (RTW) and identity checks.

TrustID is a UK government-certified digital identity provider, offering a secure and compliant way to verify RTW status for individuals of any nationality. This ensures full coverage across the workforce while strengthening compliance.

TrustID checks are now fully embedded into our onboarding process for every worker. As a result, agencies no longer need to send copies of ID documents, and we’re unable to accept them as evidence of identity or RTW. This removes unnecessary manual steps and ensures a consistent, compliant approach for all contractors joining Liquid Friday.

Improved compliance packs – now in Stride

We now produce an enhanced compliance pack for every worker, created at sign-up and accessible via the Stride dashboard.

Each pack provides a consolidated overview of the worker’s engagement with Liquid Friday and includes:

  • A TrustID digital identity and RTW check summary
  • The worker’s Key Facts Document

These compliance packs can be used for supply chain assurance and audit purposes, helping agencies evidence that RTW checks have been completed by the correct party. As always, this does not replace agencies’ own obligations to ensure legal Right to Work before offering a role.

Not using Stride yet?

Liquid Friday’s Stride technology was built with busy recruiters in mind.
