{"id":4615,"date":"2019-09-06T11:46:24","date_gmt":"2019-09-06T10:46:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/liquidfriday.co.uk\/?p=3405"},"modified":"2019-09-06T11:46:24","modified_gmt":"2019-09-06T10:46:24","slug":"we-are-key-facts-document-ready","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.liquidfriday.co.uk\/we-are-key-facts-document-ready\/","title":{"rendered":"We are Key Facts Document ready!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You may remember at the end of 2018, the Government published the <a href=\"http:\/\/liquidfriday.co.uk\/the-good-work-plan-whats-it-all-about\/\">\u201cGood Work Plan\u201d<\/a> in response to recommendations made in The Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the measures announced was the introduction of a Key Facts Document for all agency workers at the point of registration, with the aim of increasing transparency for the worker, before they sign terms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a Key Facts Document?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Key Facts Document will be a requirement of all employment businesses for every worker from April 2020. It must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The type of contract the worker is employed under<\/li><li> The minimum rate they can expect<\/li><li> How they are to be paid<\/li><li> If they are to be paid through an intermediary company<\/li><li> Any deductions or fees that are to be taken<\/li><li> An estimate or an example of what this means for their take home pay<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ahead of the curve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Liquid Friday we are proud to be ahead of the curve in supporting our agencies in their Key Facts Document obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hint &#8211; we will do it for you!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With Liquid Friday, the Key Facts Document is one less thing agencies have to worry about. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have worked with the FCSA and BEIS to produce a concise Key Facts Document template which fully complies with the new rules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be issued to the worker along with their welcome letter, when they register with Liquid Friday.
