Meet the team – Zack Dearie, Customer Care Advisor

We catch up with customer care advisor Zack to get his take on life at Liquid Friday life.

Zack will be much too modest to mention it, but he won no less than 3 gongs at our annual awards in 2017 – Best Newcomer, Above & Beyond and Top Converter – making him a true Liquid Legend!

How long have you been at Liquid Friday?
I have been at Liquid Friday coming up to a year now, I started my position on 31/05/17. Although it feels like I’ve been part of the team for much longer.

Tell us a bit about what your day to day role involves
No day is the same here, there are always new contractors to engage with to ensure they are registered for payroll and new reports to work on. I work on the customer care team, so we are always the first point of contact when anyone calls in, whether its contractors or agencies.
We are always interacting with our contractors giving them the best advice going forward. We are always provided with inhouse training to help keep up to date with any changes from IR35 to GDPR.

What do you think makes Liquid Friday stand out from its competitors?
We genuinely care about the contractors we look after, making sure they are paid on time, every time. Everyone at Liquid Friday is committed to doing the very best they can to help our contractors with any requests they may have. Our high levels of customer service help us stand out from the rest.

What do you enjoy most about working at Liquid Friday?
I’m lucky enough to work with a great team here at Liquid Friday, throughout all departments. It’s a vibrant environment to work in.

What do you do for fun / outside the office?
I like going to gigs in my spare time, you can’t beat live music. I also enjoy going away on weekend trips visiting new cities, sightseeing and watching football. I’ve been lucky with the things I’ve seen and places I’ve been.

What is your motto for life?
I don’t really have a motto for life, I like to think I’m an easy going person so I take things as they come.
